Taoist Tai Chi™ practice is a moving meditation that reduces stress and helps you find joy. Take control of your health and build resilience physically, mentally and emotionally with Taoist Tai Chi™ practice.
The course runs weekly for about three months.
All are welcome to come along and give it a go. The first introductory session does not require membership.
Introductory sessions also start Monday, 18 March, 7-8:30 pm, at the Mornington Golf Club, 80 Stanley Street, Berhampore.
