Sirrah! Regular performers at Birkenhead, and at the Botticelli Restaurant in Auckland are coming to Waipu.

Drummer Bryan Harris and Chris Neilson have gained a strong following and pack the dance floor with their Latin influenced music. Brian's long career in music as a drummer, percussionist, music programmer and vocalist began with iconic NZ Bands "the Action and "La de das" this was followed by extensive overseas live and recording work. Chris Neilson is also a member of the band “Unknown Mortal Orchestra”, he has enjoyed huge success in the USA and around the world through Spotify, YouTube and live concerts. Both Chris and Bryan are members of the 20 piece “Con Alma Big Band” playing the Count Basie format in Auckland.

Their music draws on a diverse influences such as: Stevie Wonder, Steely Dan, Randy Crawford, Al Jarreau etc and some rock and roll classics! These experienced musicians interact with the crowd, have fun, and provide a great selection of music to enjoy and dance to.

Come and enjoy the beautiful setting at 566 Cove Road, overlooking Bream Bay and set in a natural amphitheatre of lovely grass layered viewpoints of the stage. Bring along a picnic, or enjoy a burger from our vendor 'Blue Lady', or try one of the many local restaurants in Waipu, Only 5 minutes away.

There is a vendor on site, parking and ETPOS available at the gate. Over night camping available by arrangement.
