Whether you already love making zines or want to step up to sharing your creativity in printed form – welcome!
In this workshop at Waikato Museum we will explore the themes of our exhibition "Six Extinctions", especially the climate crisis, and you'll make your own zine to take home with you.
A zine is a small handcrafted booklet, made from original or re-purposed writing and images. It's a great way to publish and share your own art, poems, opinions, or photos.
Zines are the original low carbon footprint form of mass consciousness raising practice. Save the planet, make a zine!
Suitable for ages 13 years and older. All materials supplied - but feel free to bring your own too!
