Exciting news! The Auckland Camera Centre 101 workshop is making a comeback, now as a franchise! If you've recently purchased a camera and are eager to harness its full potential or if you're keen on enhancing your photography skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Join our workshop team bi-weekly from January to March for a series of four engaging sessions that cater to all skill levels. Here's a glimpse of what's in store:
20th Jan: Travel Photography
Learn how to prepare, plan, set your camera, and capture unforgettable moments on your trips.
10th Feb: Photographic Composition Fundamentals
Explore the basics and advanced techniques of arranging elements in your photo, creating balance, and achieving contrast in elements, color, and emotions.
24th Feb: Color Theory
Delve into the world of colors, understanding the color wheel, relationships, and fundamentals of hue, saturation, and brightness. Learn how colors evoke emotions and influence perceptions, and discover how to strategically use colors in photography.
09th Mar: Visual Literacy
Improve your interpretation of images and enhance your work by studying case studies in landscape photography (Steve Shore)
Each workshop lasts approximately 60-90 minutes and begins at 3:15 pm. This event is free, and we provide snacks and drinks. We welcome all levels of photographers, and we're eager to hear your photography stories as well.
To make the most of this opportunity, spread the word, and mark your calendar for an enriching experience in capturing the beauty around you. Looking forward to seeing you there!
