Mobile Library Stop Patumahoe

Once a fortnight on a Thursday morning Erika, your regular mobile librarian, brings the Mobile Library South and East to Patumahoe. The mobile library then moves to Mauku School from 10.30am – 12.00pm.

Your mobile library service:
The Mobile Library South and East is a full-sized bus, sometimes called the Maui bus because of the design on the outside. You can browse onboard for books for the whole family – the back half of the mobile library is a dedicated children’s area.

The mobile library is part of Auckland Libraries and is a pickup location for items ordered online – just look for Mobile Library North in the alphabetical list of libraries.

When visiting the mobile library you can:
Return items borrowed from the mobile library
Return items borrowed from any Auckland Libraries branch
Pick up items requested online
Get help with readers advisory and placing requests
Browse collections for children, teens, and adults
Get information about digital resources (including eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines)

Items borrowed from the mobile library can be returned to the mobile library, or to any branch of Auckland Libraries.

Your Auckland Libraries membership:
Everyone who lives in Auckland can join Auckland Libraries for free. If you don’t already have your free library card you can join using the online form https://bit.ly/30zn2Hj

Auckland Libraries memberships for businesses:
