Special Guest Renowned International Yoga Wisdom Teacher & Kirtan Leader Acharya das is coming to Hamilton!

Relax and experience refuge for the heart in transcendental sound.

Gain spiritual insights as Acharya das talks about and facilitates mindfulness and meditation: powerful tools for managing social anxiety.

An evening of Kirtan Meditation and Yoga Wisdom followed by a vegan meal.

Kirtan or Mantra meditation is the easiest and most effective spiritual practice for this age, which uncovers our true identity. Not only is it fun, but as a result we feel much happier, more focused, and a deep sense of inner peace.

Unlike most forms of meditation, you do not need any previous experience to feel the benefits. This practice is non-sectarian and is for everyone, regardless of race, nationality, religion, age, gender or any other external designations.

We have a cosy little venue located at the YWCA, 6PM every Tuesday in the women's room (this is just the name of the room, the event is open to everyone!) The address is 28 Pembroke Street, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton 3204 and the car park is located on the corner of Pembroke street and Clarence street. The room is half way down the alleyway. You should see the Waikato Meditation sign outside. If you get lost, here is a Google Maps link to the carpark https://maps.app.goo.gl/VStJwxqCCNNS3cHm7
