Kelmarna Fundraising Festival

Mark your calendars for Sunday, March 10th, as Kelmarna Community Farm’s biggest event of the year returns after a 4 year hiatus — Kelmarna Festival is back! A celebration of community and climate friendly food in your neighbourhood, this annual event promises a day filled with all manner of entertainment and culinary delights as well as plenty of opportunities to support the future of the farm.

Music enthusiasts are in for a treat, as the festival boasts an impressive lineup of live performances throughout the day including Don McGlashan, Louisa Nicklin, Carnivorous Plant Society Duo, and DJ Matthew Crawley. Listen while you sip as this year marks the first year with a licensed bar.

In addition to the musical entertainment, attendees can delight their palates with a variety of food offerings from local chefs and vendors — from the likes of Cazador, Ripe Deli, Bread & Butter Bakery, and more. Families will find plenty of activities to keep the little ones entertained, with a dedicated kid's field with games and face painting. Join the talk tent hosted by Stone Soup for engaging discussions on what new food system looks like.

Those looking to get hands-on can participate in workshops, peruse stalls, take home Kelmarna’s organic produce and seedlings, and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
