We will dance through the 5Rhythms Heartbeat emotional territory, together by the sea. When we dance with fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion we have the opportunity to rewrite our stories and repattern our responses to these emotions. When we dance and fully express, rather than suppress, we practice fluidity and learn how to move through pain and into joy and compassion. We’ll learn how to navigate the rock and roll, the ebb and flow of the emotions of the heart, in order to bring more heart into our every day!

The 5Rhythms is a catalytic dance practice that brings people together to connect, to celebrate and to ‘turn our suffering into art’ on the dance floor. All bodies are welcome. No experience is needed, just a willingness to breathe and give vitality a go!
