Yee Ley uses her voice and an array of specially selected instruments to create a sound-scape bringing through energies that are relevant for the group in that moment. The sessions starts with a guided meditation to ease you into the session.
You will be laying down on a yoga mat for the duration of the session
Bring:
Something to wrap up in. e.g. blanket or wear comfortable warm clothing
