- A manual with written exercises and helpful outline of all the tools for use at home later
- Expert coaching from a relationship specialist with over 25 years experience, including personally and professionally
- Anonymity: no one knows why other couples are there and there will be no sitting around sharing about your relationship in a group setting…your couple is your group: practice is done privately and separately
