Body alignment with Femke is an introduction to anthropologically informed postures (healthy postures) and ways of moving for work, sport, play and everyday.
Lynette will discuss and demonstrate the techniques to release low vibrational energy enabling you to return to balance and peace.
Gut alignment involves the alignment of the gut environment, with the acid base balance, bacteria balance including probiotic balance. Trish will discuss the food and supplements that will reduce inflammation, will assist with absorption and the elimination of waste.
