International concert organist Hans Hielscher from Wiesbaden, Germany, performs on 'Norma', the Dunedin Town Hall organ, with an international selection of romantic organ music chosen to highlight the orchestral colours of this special historic instrument. Hans has a particular enthusiasm for 'Norma', having performed here previously on at least two occasions, and also recorded a CD on the organ. The programme includes ‘In a Chinese Temple Garden’ by Albert Ketelbey, Franz von Suppé’s Overture 'Poet and Peasant' and Hans’s own ‘Scottish Rhapsody’.
