Sport Canterbury are excited to invite you to participate in the launch of Sport Canterbury’s Women and Girls Strategy.
This is a collective step towards enhancing female engagement in sport and recreation across our region, with a focus on recruiting, retaining and delivering more women and girls at all levels.
At the event, three inspiring guest speakers, including Sophie Moloney, CEO of Sky New Zealand, will talk to each of our strategic priorities, sharing their experiences and knowledge in a presentation and Q&A session. There will be opportunities throughout the event for women across all sporting codes and organisations in Canterbury to connect and share.
While everyone is welcome, we hope you will encourage your female staff and volunteers to attend this empowering event. This is more than just a strategy launch; it's an opportunity for women in sport to connect, share insights, and hear from inspiring speakers.
