Come on down and join us in celebrating 34 years in the Taupo Community.

Taupo Community Playgroup has been part of the Taupo Community coming up 34 years this November. We officially opened Rickit Street on the 4th of November 1989.

We have an amazing day planned and invite you to bring the whole family along to enjoy this fantastic family day out!

During this event we will have a small ceremony honouring the late Joan Williamson (Mayor who opened PG in 1989) and the 3 founding members who made playgroup Rickit Street happen. We have 2 plaques that will be presented and mounted to the buildings. There will be cake!

We invite and welcome the whole of the Taupo Community including mums, dads, kids, grandparents past and present members to come together and join us in this amazing family day celebration.

Celebrations start at 11.30am and go till 3.30pm
