Connect your body and mind in Term 4 Community Classes at Parnell Community Centre!
We offer Taiji (Tai Chi) including Qigong at Beginners and Beginners Progressive levels to support your introduction to the exercise, plus a new Tai Chi Quan class!
Taiji (Tai Chi) including Qigong - Beginners:
In our beginners class you'll learn a series of slow, continuous movements that promote physical and mental wellbeing, and improve coordination and balance.
• Saturdays, 9.15-10.15am
• 6-weeks of classes starting 4 November
• $108 (10% discount for Gold Card and Community Service Card holders)

For those who have previously attended the beginners class. Continue developing your coordination and balance in this dynamic class.

New! Tai Chi Quan:
Tai Chi Quan improves agility, balance and coordination, and both upper and lower body strength. It also very calming and reduces stress.
