The 2 April show will feature Bill Lake, The Godwits and Grace Duncan.

Bill Lake - A rare live performance by a living legend of Wellington music. Bill has been a major figure in the Wellington music scene across half a century; from the Windy City Strugglers starting in the late 1960s, through to the Pelicans and Living Daylights in the 1980s, and his solo albums “Home Truths” (1996) and “As is Where is” (2017). Often working in partnership with the late Arthur Baysting, Bill has written some of Wellington musics classic songs. “At a board meeting of the stalwarts of Wellington’s R&B scene, Bill Lake would sit near the top of the table.” - AudioCulture

The Godwits - The Godwits are Vic Manuel and Lis Whyte. Eclectic and genre fluid, they write quirky songs of the human condition. For this performance they be joined on stage by talented fiddle player Beans Maries and wonderful pianist and accordion player Cindy Muggeridge.

Grace Duncan - Raised in Heretaunga (Hastings), and now living in Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington), indie-folk singer-songwriter Grace Duncan will draw you in with her beckoning voice, reflective lyrics and pensive melodies. Her intimate music offers musings on mental and emotional health, purpose, and identity within Aotearoa as she creates spaces to slow down and reflect.
