To celebrate Rodger Fox Big Band’s 50th Anniversary performance the band is going to perform material from their latest recordings Reimagined! The Rodger Fox Big Band plays Sir Dave Dobbyn, The Rodger Fox Big Band Plays Hone Tuwhare, and material by two of the band’s favourite arrangers Matt Harris and Bill Cunliffe.
Rodger Fox and The Rodger Fox Big Band has had a long history of supporting the Tauranga Festival and is very pleased to be able to present a very special 50th Anniversary concert as part of the festival’s 60th Year celebrations.
Be there - experience the cream of NZ’s jazz scene perform and pay tribute to the outstanding Dr Fox and his huge contribution to kiwi jazz.
