Orchids & More incoporates the 10th National Orchid Expo, a triennial event, and is for anyone interested in gardening and growing rare and unusual plants. As well as massed displays of flowering orchids by clubs from around New Zealand, this one-off event will also have vendors of plant accessories and plants including hoyas, unusual perennials, indoor plants and orchids. Visitors will have access to free floor talks and demonstrations each day, ranging from easy floral art to planning a herbaceous border; from indoor plant care to repotting orchids. A cash-out facility will be available onsite. Plenty of parking available, and it's all free!
Entry: $10 at the door (under-12 free). No dogs please, except for assistance dogs.
