NZ Orchid Society Meeting Night

Our regular month meetings are on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, and this month our guest speaker will be talking about how they grow one of the more unusual orchids around, the Stanhopea.
These plants have a fantastic flower, with a very strong scent, but last only a few days, and can sometimes be tricky to flower - unless you know how to grow them.
Come along and find out how best to grow these fascinating and unusual orchids. There may even be some of these plants on sale on the night.
And if you have a particular orchid you want to know more about, or just want to know more about orchids in general, come along and talk to one of our experts.
There are usually plants for sale by members at meetings, and there are always orchids on show that members currently have in flower, so there is always something interesting to see.
