Matariki Glow Walk

Martinborough Matariki glow is a community event that will take you on a journey to learn about the 9 stars of Matariki.

9 art work panels will be installed into Considine park, along with a handy Glow Walk app to highlight the meaning of the 9 stars.
These pieces of art are a collaboration thanks to Izzy Joy art, Martinborough School, Kahutara School & Ventana Kids art class.

While there take the opportunity to read the Matariki story featured in the Martinborough StoryWalk® Bring a torch!

We will also have some daily themes.
Friday stargazing with Under The Stars (clear skies permitting)
Saturday Glow candy floss & Facepainting
Sunday TBC
