Marie Murtini - NZ Tour 2023 - ''La fille qui court''

Marie Murtini, a multidisciplinary New Caledonian artist, has been invited by the Alliance Françaises to tour New Zealand in September 2023.

The Alliance Française Palmerston North is proud to host Marie Murtini at the Globe Theatre for several performances of three shows on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 September.

''La fille qui court comme le vent'', the third show, is a show intended for the general public from 8 years old. It is a reading, with props, of a poetic text, a modern tale: the story of an unlikely encounter between a contemporary botanist living in New Caledonia and a child of the Second World War who lived in Hiroshima. Gabrielle tells us about our uncertainties, our doubts and our aspirations. Sadako talks about the hope that gives rise to strength.
