Come along and let’s move together! Let’s Move is a series of five free fitness classes around Pōneke in March and April of 2023.
Have a go at Deep Water Aquafit at Keith Spry Pool and experience the many benefits of group exercise. This class is free to attend, all you need to do is register!
Aqua deep is a high intensity workout in deep water, using a buoyancy aid which will be provided.
You can go at your own pace in this class.
Please wear swimwear, and bring a towel and a water bottle with you.
We will have kai available to share after the class.
