'Your Leadership Path - Your Career Journey'
What's the next best step?
There are many leadership journeys we can take.
For some women it means managing their own career around family.
For many, a governance role is an important step in their journey. Whether it be in your own business, a community group or commercial entity; sitting at the governance table offers many benefits for leaders. It is an opportunity to learn more about how organisations work, a means to increase your network, a vehicle for giving back, or a way to earn money.
We will hear from people on that journey and you can explore if that step is for you and what you can do to take it.
We won’t just talk about governance though, sharing each other’s stories helps us to think about our own leadership. Whatever path we are on, we gain inspiration from others.
Your day will include a casual morning tea and networking on arrival, guest speakers and workshops and a nice lunch. The day will be facilitated by Shona Glenworth and hosted at the stunning
Manawatū Golf Club.
Doors open at 9.45am, conference starts 10.00am promptly.
Join Sam, our facilitator Shona Glentworth and a guest panel at this exciting Leadership event.
