Intro to Derby / Learn to Skate 2023

Kia ora e te whānau ki Ōtepoti! We are super excited to announce that we will be starting our 2023 beginner skate course from Sunday April 23rd 2-4pm at the Edgar Centre in South Dunedin! This is for people wanting to learn some skating skills, try out derby or be a skating referee. We are open to skaters 18+ and training is Sunday 2-4 and Thursday evenings. This course is broken up into two sections that run for a few months each- general skating skills and then introduction to contact and derby game play! Each section costs $30 + $5 entry fee per session. We have a limited amount of gear for people to try on and borrow.
