Hello! How are You?
And, how has your hauora well-being been for 2023?

We are hosting a free Hauora (Well-being) event at One Tree Hill College on the 9th of December! We’re a charity going 7 years strong to create opportunities for connection and love in overlooked areas.

We know that increased cost of living has been affecting the community's well-being. So, in our Hauora event, anyone young or old, either single or a whanau, can come to enjoy and reflect on our hauora (well-being).

You can expect to see fun, free booths for children to enjoy, Chinese Medicine Treatment booth in collaboration with NZCCM (New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine), physical wellbeing booth to examine personal health, and tasty food on sale.

There will be Big Bouncy castles for kids to enjoy and multiple game booths with prizes.

Tasty food and products like honey would be on sale with live busking for the mood during the day.

The event will run from 10am-2pm, 9th December (Saturday)
