Come and spend an hour in nature like never before. Be introduced to a way of seeing and hearing that deepens your connection and appreciation for nature plus leads to so many great benefits; calmer, clearer, more present, deeper connection and respect to nature and the environment , better sleep and overall wellbeing.
Your experienced guide will walk you and talk you through a series of simple activities and observations- very easy and enjoyable for 30 informative minutes.
The last 15 minutes will be doing a simple enjoyable practice of mindful eating.
Come and see the forest in a totally new way and deepen your appreciation, presence and add a new dimension of enjoyment and awareness to eating!
