Auckland's Eden Festival is set to captivate music lovers in New Zealand in 2023, featuring a stellar lineup of renowned artists. Taking place at Mt Smart Stadium on Saturday, October 7, this one-day music extravaganza promises an electrifying fusion of Afrobeats, amapiano, reggae, and R&B.

Headlining the festival is the iconic rapper Lauryn Hill, who will grace the stage with her unparalleled talent. Hill, renowned for her groundbreaking contributions to the music industry as part of the Fugees in the 1990s, last enthralled New Zealand audiences in 2019. This performance at Eden Festival holds special significance, commemorating the anniversary of her monumental debut album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, which soared to No.1 on the US album charts upon its release and garnered five Grammy Awards in 1999. Notably, this remains Hill's sole solo album to date.

Joining the festival's impressive roster is New Zealand's very own reggae sensation, Six60. Having attracted a staggering crowd of 50,000 at Auckland's Eden Park during their nationwide tour in 2021, Six60 promises an unforgettable performance alongside esteemed artists Sir Dave Dobbyn, Drax Project, and Troy Kingi.

Adding an international flair to the festival, Nigerian Afrobeats star Davido and US singer Giveon will grace the stage for their highly anticipated debuts in Aotearoa. Davido's infectious rhythms and Giveon's soulful voice, notably showcased in his 2020 collaboration with Drake on the single "Chicago Freestyle," are set to captivate audiences and elevate the festival experience.

Rounding out the exceptional lineup are esteemed artists DJ Sir Vere, Koffee, Katchafire, DJ Noize, Poetik, and Sammy J, who promise to deliver pulsating sets and keep the energy soaring throughout the day.
