After a successful Nelson's event in July we are so pleased and excited to bring you yet another ‘Ecstatic Bliss’ experience. For this 2nd time we have found a beautiful bigger space so-rounded by nature; what has allowed us to extend the time for the nourishment of your mind, body and soul.
We invite you to start off with a 30-40 min mindful movement guided by Jana (Yogic inspiration). Dive deep into the breath-mind-body connection unwinding you from your weekly activities.
Followed up by a liberating non-guided session of Ecstatic Dance curated by Dj Green Chilli. Let the music guide you as you surrender to the electro-afro-mystical beats blended with tribal-eclectic rhythms, and express yourself freely through movement and connection with your own body.
After an invigorating dance sesh, we will transition into a serene Yoga Nidra practice (also led by Jana). Find deep relaxation and inner peace as you lie down and allow your body to completely relax. Through guided meditation and conscious relaxation steps in Yoga Nidra, one might find a profound sense of calm and rejuvenation to take home.
To add to the indulgence of this blissful journey, we will be providing drinks and home-made plant-based treats to nourish your body after our activity.

- The venue is on private land, We encourage carpooling to avoid having too many cars in the limited car park.
- Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
- If you want to feel more comfortable in the last activity, please bring along a blanket.
- After the event, we could go together to have a late-lunch at Revite in town.
