Run, Bike, Run to a personal best, a national medal, a chance to represent your country or just challenging yourself and your mates.
The Auckland Duathlon Champs is in its 14th year but the first at this new Mangere Bridge venue. Open to all NZ Secondary School students or Adults, this sprint duathlon is a great opportunity to test your winter running and cycling legs.
Sprint duathlon
• Run 5kms on the gravel Watercare coastal paths
• Bike 20kms on the quiet flat roads around Mangere Bridge coast
• Run 2.5kms to get you home!

Separate options for road or mountain bike.
Could you be the next Hayden Wilde and represent NZ at the Olympics, or do you just want a great winter challenge - get amongst it! Our events are for all ages with our youngest under 14 and our oldest competitors in their eighties.
Schools racing kicks off in the morning and the day finishes with the Adult racing early afternoon.
