This workshop is a powerful exploration into the transformative power of Cooperative Culture & Communication—an antidote to the toxicity nurtured by rampant individualism and competition.
Our ingrained culture more often than not accelerates toxic behaviors—conflicts, ineffective meetings, and apathy—which jeopardize projects and relationships. This 'normal' needs questioning, and our workshop aims to be a platform for that introspection.
Uncover how supportive communication can lead to the success of projects, facilitate decision-making, resolve conflicts smoothly, and potentially further social justice. Through interactive and thought-provoking activities, your tutor Zola Rose will help you develop skills fostering cooperative culture and strategies that resonate beyond the workshop's confines.
