Conscious Art of Lovemaking

An exploration into 5 Keys of making love in a way that enriches, enlivens, heals and transforms. Presence, safety within, self love, authentic communication and self responsibility.
This workshop is for established lovers, new lovers and singles looking to explore a deeper, more connected experience of making love.
All partnered exercises are suitable for non-sexual partnerships as we explore with vulnerability and intimacy and all exercises will be offered as an invitation to practice authentic communication of boundaries, consent and asking for what we truly want. Clothes will remain on in this tightly held space but we hope you will leave with an eagerness to explore more.
We will journey together into the wisdom of our bodies, connecting with our deep, inner guidance and exploring tools for deeper connection and expansion into more pleasure.
We hope to challenge your edges and open your hearts, leaving you feeling empowered and ready to deeply make love, with yourself, your lover and with life itself.
