Join us for a community planting at the Diamond Lake Conservation area! We will be planting 200 native plants to continue the restoration work started many years ago in this beautiful area.
The planting will be at the start of the walking track, not far from the Diamond Lake car park.
The Diamond Lake Conservation area is located 20 km from Wānaka township, going towards Mt Aspiring National Park. It is signposted.
Bring sturdy shoes, gardening gloves and a spade if you have one. We will have spare tools and gloves.
Bring your own cup to share a delicious afternoon tea after the planting!
All welcome!
