The legendary comedy nights at The Cook are back with a stellar line up!! The hilarious David Correos headlines the show, fresh after selling out his comedy festival shows. Winner of the 2016 Billy T Award, David has quickly become a powerhouse of New Zealand comedy. He has a uniquely hectic, boundary pushing style which has made him an audience favourite whenever he performs.

Already all over our TV screens - THREE's Comedy Gala, 7Days, AotearoHA, TVNZ's Stand Up, Laughs Unleashed, Pax Assadi's Comedy Mixtape, and regular appearances with Viva La Dirt League - David is hitting the big time.

After his outstanding performances on Taskmaster NZ and a nomination for the prestigious Best Show Fred Award at the 2021 New Zealand International Comedy Festival for his show David Correos Is David Post Office, he continues to establish himself as one of New Zealand's best.

Hosting the show is Irish comedian, Alan McElroy, who is back after the sold out Booze & Craic show!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“Excellent Irish story teller performing a hilarious night of comedy” - Funny Tonne, Melbourne International Comedy Festival

Rising star Bridget Davies has been blazing a trail behind her as she smashes gigs all over the country!

Ben MacGougan us completely at ease on stage with his boyish charm, Ben wins the audience over with brilliantly timed comedy and wittily crafted stories.

Ocean Denham completes this amazing line up.

‘Hot tip: make sure you know the name Ocean Denham.’ – Backstage Christchurch reviewer, Sophie Ricketts.
