The intention of this 4-week series is to expand your capacity to feel and become more aware of your emotional body and the information it has for you. This process will enable you to shift how you relate to life, your partner, your kids, and, most importantly, yourself.
Throughout this journey, you will explore one archetype each week through movement and the corresponding feeling: Warrior - Anger, Fear - Magician, Lover - Sadness, and King / Queen - Joy. Each week, practice will be offered to incorporate this movement journey into your daily life and recognize the qualities it brings.
