Antar Mouna(Inner Silence):Clearing the Mind with Meditation

An amazing opportunity to work with both Swami Anandaradha Saraswati and Laksmi Duyvesteyn in the SI, just a week after the NI event.

The whole day will be a freeing experience, allowing release within the psychic vortexes of the energy fields of our chakras. The energies will be flowing and infinite subtle benefits may ensue over the course of time following the workshops, as well as the more physical clearing that will surely abound.
