Releasing tension and blockages from muscles and joints, internal organs, the nervous system and the mind, these exercises are designed to awaken energy and restore balance to your body, mind & soul.
Includes yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, along with the underlying principles of yoga and healthy living.
The class is open to everybody, Mondays from 6.15 - 7.45 pm in Lotus Hall. (You can park behind the hall.)
No booking required, just come and please bring a mat and a blanket.
