Hear from the guest speaker; Justine Kidd who will speak about the benefits of leadership for business, community and personal growth with pathways to achieve this. Justine is a self-confessed leadership learning junkie.
She has been recognised for her work and leadership with many leadership awards including a 2017 New Year Honour as an Officer of the NZ Order of Merit. Justine’s work includes 15 years of CEO experience, of which Justine led significant cultural and operational transformations, implemented new operating and governance models and developed robust financial management with improved profitability. These experiences also provided Justine with a vast range of governance experiences.
