We invite you to join us for a 4-hour workshop, where you will make a vision board with us. Start getting tuned into fresh new dreams, desires and personal goals — and get them in motion.
We will share with you the most effective vision board-making practice, talk about why it is important to have clear dreams and goals from both spiritual and scientific points of view, and give you techniques that will help you get closer to your vision for the future.
About us:

Sierra - spiritual artist and certified meditation teacher. Sierra used to live as a nun with a spiritual path for 3 years to learn meditation. She quit her job as an interior designer and now runs her own spiritual art business Inner Beauty By Sierra. What we will do:
- Laura will share her knowledge about longterm goals and motivation
- Sierra will share about How to discover your Dharma / life purpose. She will take you through a short meditation & a little journaling practice.

- You will do your vision boards all together, using the shared intention
- Laura will share a coaching practice on how to make your dreams a reality
What you will get:
* Reflect on where you are in your relationships, your career or your life in general and where you would like to go
* Get clear on your goals and ideal outcomes for the years ahead
* Develop a plan or set of practices that will help you achieve your vision
* Learn how to add purpose and passion into your life, instead of letting life happen to you
* Create a physical representation of your 'vision' to display loud and proud
Snacks, tea and supplies (boards, glue, scissors, some magazines, brushes, paints) will be provided.
Please bring some cushions to sit on, journal and pictures for your vision board (will also bring some magazines)
