The Great Long $3 Book Fair (this year over 22 days) features around 250 boxes of books, both fiction and non-fiction. Most books are $3 however we do have a purple table which is more expensive. We also feature large print, westerns, romance and science fiction.
We have a large selection of DVDs at $2 and CDs at $1 and 10 for $5.
Children’s fiction and non-fiction books are 2 for $1.
Our everyday special is 10 small paperbacks (usually $1 each) now 10 for $5.
We have a wide range of cooking books at $1 each.
More stock is being added daily so you may wish to visit several times over our 25 day book fair (Saturday 17th December to Sunday 8th January).
The Tirau War Memorial Hall is located on the main road through Tirau (SH1) in the middle of the town, just before the road rises as you head south.
So please call in and collect some books for your journey or for the bach.
