The Northern Lights are back and brighter than ever with an ALL NEW show! Join Shavorn Aborealis and the dazzling northern lights for an evening of entertainment at the Monkey House Theatre. The divas are bringing the bright lights and boogie of the big smoke to Whitianga. You’ll delight in the cheek and gall as these showgirls bring glitz, glamour and comedy to the stage, inviting you into the salacious and dramatic world of drag.

Shavorn Aborealis
Camper than a tent pole with a cheeky tongue as slick as oil, this queen brings the ridiculous and dramatic to life. Star of stage, silver screen and international television from The Vic's Rocky Horror Shadow-cast to Shortland Street, House of Drag and more. She is a consummate showgirl, and cast member of New Zealand’s longest running drag diner, “Caluzzi Cabaret”. There’s more than just a sparkle in her eye, she dazzles.
Vanessa LaRoux
The sparkling, shining, lip syncing diva of Tāmaki Makaurau is making her way to Whitianga for the first time!! Vanessa is known for her slick dance moves, tight lip sync, and a few surprises along the way. So buckle up and prepare yourself for a wild ride baby... OH! and a show *wink*
