Honour HER is bringing women together to tell their stories and share their gifts for a day of wāhine empowerment!
Women will be speaking about their personal journeys and the work they are doing to support themselves and others in the community. Disclosure: These stories may include but are not limited to: Drug & Alcohol addiction, Sexual/Physical Absue, Mental Health, Self-Harm, Pregnancy and loss, Grief, Discrimination, and bullying.
These women will be speaking in the morning and the floor will be open thereafter for anyone who wishes to join the panel.
We have beautiful opportunites available throughout the day from amazing souls who are offering their time, skills and gifts to empower others.
Line up of experiences:
Participate in a powerful yoga flow with Holly inspired by many elements of Te Ao Māori, connecting with and embodying the warrior within - He toa ahau. This is a flow that will nourish your Hinengaro (Mind), Tinana (Body), and Wairua (Soul) with love and kindness.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Join a nurturing meditation journey with Roimata to create awareness of the chakras and your whare tapa wha to encourage balance of the whole self.
Please bring your own cuishion to sit on.
Receive beautiful guidance from Tallea who's Spiritual Journey has been about healing, sharing knowledge, holding space for others, providing intuitve readings and connecting people with their loved ones.
Learn about your ability to tune into the power of your Energy Field and how you can use this for self-healing, and raising your vibe.
You will also have a chance to win gifts kindly donated from local businesses like Triple A Clothing, Divine connection with Tallea, and more.
