We are thrilled to be able to operate and offer a 1- day wellness workshop targeting your mental and emotional health and well-being.
After our inaugural Honour Festival in Summer of 2021 and our follow up Winter Retreat, we are now allowed to put on a Spring Workshop with more education, inspiration and empowerment.
There will be movement, meditation, talks, discussion, education and transcendence with sound.
A catered lunch suitable for all dietary requirements.
