Faces

I'm producing my first ever art exhibition which has been in development for over a decade.
I have been Inspired by Gottfried Lindauer, Chuck Close, C.F. Goldie, Platon and other artists who focus on the face, taking their concepts further by building my own camera & techniques to increase the detail captured allowing for larger than life printing with no loss of detail.

For many years I have been driven to capture a typology of human faces, beginning with 35mm, then 8x10" instant and traditional film, and most recently digital composites achieved by mounting a Nikon D800 onto the back of a Toyo 45C large format film camera.
My vision is 400 of these portraits, but I thought it was time for a modest selection of images to be seen in their full beauty, which simply isn't possible online.
None of these works are for sale, but I will have an operational studio present during the whole exhibition where people can commission portraits on digital, instant or traditional film.
