Enabling Good Lives Is An Approach Led By Disabled People And Their Families. EGL is a new approach to supporting disabled people that offers greater choice and control over the supports they receive, so that they can plan for the lives they want.
This is a series of conversations from a family who have been experiencing Enabling Good Lives in Palmerston North and have come home to Oamaru to share what they have learnt.
1. EGL for Professionals: A collection of proven approaches and skills based on what works in current New Zealand conditions.

2. EGL An introduction for families. An introduction to Enabling Good Lives. EGL is a new approach to supporting disabled people that offers greater choice and control over the supports they receive, so that they can plan for the lives they want.

3. A Good Life workshop for families. Find out what helps disabled people and their families/whānau to take control of their support and live the lives they want.
