Introducing our NEW Underwater School Age League!
Year 9-11 Students from across the Canterbury region are welcome to attend and learn a new sport alongside students who played for Burnside School UWH team last year. These sessions will introduce students to Underwater Hockey by teaching them some basic skills and playing some games!
Underwater Hockey is a fast 3-dimensional game played on the bottom of the swimming pool!! Its easier to see than explain it so come along and give it a go!!
Event Details:
No experience necessary!*
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the session.
Students are encouraged to bring their Mask, Snorkel & Fins.
Equipment that students do not have will be available for use on the day.
Coaches will be supplied.

*Must be able to swim 50m un-aided and be confident in 2m deep pool!
