Stay strong with these advanced volleyball training sessions!
This series is for experienced teen & adult players that have at least ~1 year experience with organised club or school volleyball, want to build their confidence or want to enhance their existing skills. We will bolster all the basic skills involved in indoor volleyball, allowing you to improve your understanding of the game, and hopefully having some fun while we’re at it!
Your session with internationally-trained Coach Alejandro will include a combination of: warm up/physical exercise, drills for passing, setting, serving, attacking; and/or some tactical knowledge of the game itself.
Tickets essential, numbers strictly limited, no walk ups will be accepted.
