Join us for a unique Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat in the scenic splendour of the Marlborough Sounds. Spend a weekend of being deeply mindful and connecting with your inner peace and stillness.
This uniquely beautiful waterfront lodge is a tranquil and peaceful oasis. Set in a delightful garden, you will only hear the soothing sounds of nature.
In between classes, you can enjoy your free time exploring the Nydia Track, swimming, kayaking, soaking in the hot spa tub, relaxing with a book, lying in a hammock, or watching the stars at night around a comforting fire.

This retreat will be an exploration of mindfulness and includes yoga classes and guided meditations.
The yoga classes will be Hatha and Restorative yoga classes and are suitable for everyone – from beginners to more experienced. We will also explore restorative yoga which is wonderful.
The retreat has everything needed to help you relax, to find your inner balance, to let go of stress and tension. There will be time to go for walks and to rest and reflect - to have time for 'you'.
