Each year we come together for a Pink Ribbon Breakfast to support the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.
We seek to have an informative guest speaker and in the past have had breast surgeons Erica Whineray-Kelly and John Harman, and patient advocate Troy Elliot.
This year we have Brooke van Velden MP, who has been a leading commentator on the Government’s review of Pharmac. Brooke will give a light overview of where the review is up to and what it means when pharmaceuticals are becoming increasingly complex, even personalised to the individual.
