This is a weekly Doubles competition that is played on Wednesday evenings over 5 weeks in June.
Entries close at 23:59 hours on 30 May 2021 (Sunday).
Format
Pairs are placed in a box system based on their grade as entered. the organiser has the right to re-grade pairs should they feel they have been entered incorrectly.
Male and female players play in the same box. As such, you need to consider this when grading your entry.
Players are divided into boxes of 3 or 4. Each night you will play all other players/pairs in your box. If there are four (3) pairs in the box, matches will be the best of three (3) games to 21 points with setting. If there are (4) for or more pairs in the box, there may be an alternative scoring system.
Entry for Doubles is not confirmed until the entry and the entry fee of both players is received (except for ‘partner required’ entries) prior to the closing date.
