Talented Nelson singer-songwriter Jacquie Walters is visiting Geraldine for a live concert on Friday ($15 at door) followed by her songwriting workshop on Saturday morning ($10, suggested for over-12's).
A founding member of 'Pounamu' with Araina Tikao in the 90s (3 CDs), UK touring with Kate Bramley and a solo career back in NZ, with three further CDs; Jacquie has a clear and powerful voice, presenting subtle and strong songs to touch people's hearts and to prompt laughter.
